Is there an alternate way to submit an issue/service request to DevOps?
You can directly email servicedesk@freightwaves.com with the subject line being a shorthand description of the issue. In the body of the email, take note of the specific issue or request, along with any details pertinent to the problem at hand, and any relevant details related to your device / equipment setup. To add comments or updates to your request, simply send a reply to the email.
