Can I request new IT equipment?

Items that can be requested are the following:

Second Monitor
Keyboard + Mouse Combo
Headset
Adapters
USB Docking Station/Hub

Navigate to the Service Catalog in the Self-Service Portal and fill out/submit the "New Hardware/Peripherals" form or email servicedesk@freightwaves.com with the specific equipment requested and reason for request / intended use.
