I am having Wi-Fi issues. What should I do?
Determine first if the Wi-Fi issue seems to be isolated to your laptop or if surrounding devices are having trouble connecting as well.
If multiple devices, 1) get in touch with Brandon Bunce if you’re at the office or 2) reboot your router/modem and/or talk to your ISP if you’re working remotely from home.
If it’s only your laptop having connectivity issues, try 1) rebooting, then 2) forgetting the network you're on and re-connecting to it (Windows: right-click the network name in the Wi-Fi networks window, select Forget, and re-connect to the network; Mac: System Preferences > Network > Wifi > Advanced > select the desired network and click the "subtract" button underneath the preferred networks pane).
If issues persist still, submit a ticket via the IT Service Portal or send an email to servicedesk@freightwaves.com from another device and someone will determine/walk you through next steps in troubleshooting.
