There's an email group I need to be added to. What should I do?

Submit a ticket via the IT Service Portal or send an email to servicedesk@freightwaves.com with the email group name you’d like to be added to. If you're submitting this request on behalf of another individual or individuals, please be sure to include the names of each person.
