Can I request a new laptop or swap my MacBook for a Windows PC/Windows PC for a MacBook?

FreightWaves’ policy is that employees must use a company laptop for a minimum of 3 years before any requests for a new machine will be considered.

Requests for swapping out a Windows PC for a MacBook or vice versa requires approval from a manager along with justification. Sales people, generalists, CS, and Finance are generally not permitted to use Macs. Macs are primarily reserved for the Dev team, Creative, TV, and Executives.
